God I pray to you
God, I pray to you, I pray for mercy on the world, I pray for the jersey I’ve put on, In this cold weather, Which you might have created for some reason, Which is beyond my senses to comprehend. I pray to you, for the meals you’ve provided, By your grace, I could eat, God, I pray to you, Thank you for your time to listen to my prayers, Thank you for finding my words not stupid but sincere. Thank you, God for the laptop on which I’m writing this poem.
