Story of a School without a Building The Last Chapter

Man: Sorry, I cannot tell you how to find God.
Old Man: Why not?
Man: Because I do not believe in God.
Old Man: What do you believe in, then?
Man: I believe in science, although I also think that we could've all been created by aliens, that they would've sent a meteor or something to earth with life on it.
Old Man: Ok, can you at least tell me how to find peace then?
Man: You could meditate.
Old Man: Do you know how to meditate?
Man: Yes
Old Man: Can you teach me?
Man: Yes
Old Man: From when can we start?
Man: Now.

The man starts his lessons with the old man, the boy and Vikaar decides to leave, it was getting dark.
Next day, the man comes with the briefcase, there are people already waiting for him.

People: Please, show us the photos
Man: Here

The man hands them the photos.
People starts to go through them.

People: Photo's look good, how are we supposed to start.

The man takes out documents from his briefcase and starts explaining, about the different aspects of "Earthship Biotecture".

People: We'll bring the material, but where can we build these buildings?
Man: We can build it here.
People: Is this land yours?
Man: Yes, this land belongs to the school.

Next day, people come and bring materials with them, the man starts coordinating, he shows them the sample sketches and starts teaching them how to sketch the required building.
After few months the buildings get completed.
